At Knickerbocker, we stand by the quality of our garments and offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn, unwashed items in their original packaging. Please note that sale items and customized goods are considered final sale and cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be generated for you to download and print at home.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items with all original tags attached and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects your return, please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to be issued to your original payment method.
